I have been off the radar for the last two and a half months. The reason why, though, has been the most joyous in my life. I guess you can gather from the picture. The little guy on my shoulder is my son, Vincent. Born on the 1st of March 2015, weighing a whooping 4170 g at 57 cm. He has been with us six weeks now and it has been the most amazing time of my life. Yes, sleepless nights, yes worries- that you didn’t even think were possible- yes, ear piercing screams, yes nuclear contaminated nappies and everything else that goes with having a wee human to look after. But I guess all the parents among you can understand the happiness one feels as a young father. For all the others.. go make babies..you will understand.
Few other things … ran a half marathon on my birthday (21st March) at a disappointing 1:52:20 -fatherhood takes it’s toll on training time- in Fürstenried, a suburb of Munich. Started a new running training plan , according to which I only do only 3 runs (but very tough ones) per week. Let’s see how that works for me. Got quite a few races coming up and will blog about them in near future.
On the business side of things: I did a few days compositing work for Flavour3d for a Porsche commercial and I am now back with the lads of Aixsponza -creating some cool stuff which I will show soon- until probably the end of May.
